🗓️ Fuwa Furry Fest Events Timetable
Disclaimer – 2nd Floor Crowding:
During Fuwa Furry Fest, another event will also be taking place on the 2nd floor of Japan Village. That event has priority in their assigned area, and we ask all attendees to be respectful of their space.

If the 2nd floor becomes too crowded, we may need to move parts of our activities or gatherings to the outdoor courtyard, the second-floor loft/balcony, or other open-air areas.

Please follow staff instructions regarding space usage to ensure everyone stays safe and comfortable.

Be mindful of walkways and entrances, as we want to avoid blocking other guests or the venue’s operations.

Outdoor areas will serve as our overflow zone, allowing fursuiters, board game players, and casual hangout attendees to continue enjoying the event without overcrowding indoor spaces.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation — this helps keep the event safe, fun, and friendly for everyone!

| Post-Event Meetup at Phoenix Bark (21+) | Phoenix Bar (447 E 13th St, New York, NY 10009) | Once Fuwa Furry Fest wraps up, everyone is invited to retreat to Phoenix Bark for drinks, snacks, and socializing! This is a great way to continue hanging out with friends, meet new people, and wind down after the convention. | 9:30PM-4:00 AM, but you can arrive earlier. |
