• Industry City provides paid parking; weekend/day rates vary. Industry City lists an on-site lot with examples like $5 weekend (visitor lot). If you choose not to pay for parking, street parking will take about 15-60 minutes to find a spot. This is a free option, but extremely time consuming. |

🚗 Parking Information
Industry City offers several options for visitors arriving by car. Because the area can get busy on weekends, we strongly recommend arriving early to secure a spot.
🅿️ On-Site Parking Garages
- Location: Entrances on 35th St and 2nd Ave, directly behind the Japan Village building (Building 934).
- Rates: Official Industry City secure lot on 2nd Ave: $5 on weekends. Other nearby lots may charge $15–$20 daily on weekends, so please double check all signage in the area.
- Payment: Card or contactless payment is accepted; cash may not be accepted at all lots.

🚙 Nearby Parking Alternatives
- There is a nearby Micro Center that has free parking. Take advantage of the lot throughout the day! You might be able to stay there for majority of the day. If you are going to Phoenix Bark, however, we recommend you park somewhere in the street, so you don't get towed.
- Street parking: Limited free and metered spots along 3rd Ave, 2nd Ave, and 35th–39th Streets. Availability varies. Expect 15–60 minutes of searching on busy Saturdays if seeking free parking spots. Watch for alternate-side restrictions.
- Best chance: Try the residential side streets west of 3rd Ave for free spots.
- Apps to help: SpotHero and ParkWhiz list Industry City and nearby lots — these let you reserve ahead.
⚠️ Notes & Recommendations
- Weekend afternoons can be crowded due to other events at Japan Village taking place on the same day— plan to arrive before 2:30 PM if possible.
- Street cleaning and alternate-side parking rules may be in effect; please check the signage carefully to avoid tickets.
- Rates and availability may change. Always check lot signage or apps before arrival.
- EV drivers: Level 2 charging stations are available in select Industry City garages. Check the signage on arrival.
