The NYFurs team is excited to announce that we are currently accepting applications for new staff members! This is your opportunity to join a passionate group dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and engaging spaces for furries across New York.

As a staff member, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our events, moderating our online communities, and supporting the NYFurs mission. Whether you’re interested in event planning, graphic design, photography, safety, or server moderation, there’s a role for you to contribute your skills and creativity.

Requirements to apply:

• Must be 18 or older and have lived in New York (or its border) for at least one year

• Dedicate 5–20 hours per month to support community activities

• Strong communication skills and openness to teamwork

• Willingness to learn and adapt as the community evolves
